Terms of Service

By creating an account or using nichescene.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use NicheScene.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details and recovery phrase safe.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of what you create. You give NicheScene permission to store and display it as needed to provide the features you use. You must have the rights to anything you upload or publish.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect TikTok or another platform, you authorize NicheScene to act only within the permissions you approved on that platform's consent screen. Content is published to TikTok only after you confirm each post. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You can disconnect at any time from Connect Apps or from your TikTok settings.
4. Acceptable use
- No illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or violent content.
- No spam, fake engagement, impersonation or misleading posts.
- No attempts to break security, access other members' data, or disrupt the service.
5. Wallet, marketplace and games
SCENE credits are purchased through Flutterwave and are used for NicheScene features such as AI tools and game stakes. Credits have no value outside NicheScene. Marketplace sales are between members; NicheScene is not the seller. Staked games pay out only when results are confirmed by both players.
6. AI features
AI suggestions are optional, run only with your consent, and may be inaccurate. Review them before publishing.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Disclaimers
NicheScene is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will note the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
